USATV LLC ownes and operates FCC Licensed station KIIO channel 10 in Los Angeles since 2012.
USATV is currently broadcasting its USArmenia Television network on channel 10.1, Armusic
channel in Channel 10.11
USATV is broadcasting its signals on Cable Platforms, such as Spectrum Cable, AT&T and
others.
USATV is operating its own IPTV television system on multiple platforms, including iOS,
Android, Roku, Amazon TV, Samsung. USATV broadcast applications available worldwide.
USATV Productions is Located in Glendale California, in its own production facilities over
30,000 sq.f at 229 N Central Ave.
USATV Production's in house facility develops a variety of television shows and programs
from script to screen. Equipped with the latest technologies, including Arri, RED and Sony's
latest equipment, state of the art post production facilities and a professional staff,
USATV Productions is capable of producing high quality content of 4K HDR and the industry's
newest standards. Operating AVID NEXIS editing systems, Color grading FILM LIGHT and DA
VINCI technologies, PRO TOOLS Audio mixing rooms, USATV Productions achieve highest
standards for its products.
Creating compelling content is at the forefront of what USATV does. To that end, USATV
Productions works with some of the top professionals in the industry to develop, produce and
deliver mainstream content. To date USATV has produced numerous television shows and feature
films that involve top tier talent completely in house. On top of creating engaging content,
USATV also prides itself on forming long term relationships with industry experts from every
field.
Bagrat and Vaagn Sarkissian brothers founded the first commercial television station
in Armenia in 1993, after the country gained its independence.
From 1993 to 2001, Bagrat served as president and Vaagn as CEO, and together they built the National
Television Network Armenia TV, which became the higest rated number one television channel in Armenia.
Shortly after, they established 3 additional television networks: EVTV, ARMNEWS, and TV5. They
brought CNN to be broadcasted in Armenia with a special agreement. In addition, Euronews and
MTV channels both became part of the Sargsyan’s media broadcasting system in Armenia.
In 2003 the brothers created Super System, the first pay TV wireless
platform in Armenia. They also acquired radio frequencies to lanch radio
107FM and formed the largest publishing house in the country.
In 2006 they founded Armenia Film Studios movie production company.
In 2008 Bagrat moved to California. The brothers founded USATV company and
purchased a professional production building located at 229 N Central Ave in
Glendale CA, as well as the broadcast station KIIO channel 10 in Los Angeles.
In 2011 Sargsyans sold their assets in Armenia and permanently moved to USA.
Bagrat and Vaagn launched USArmenia TV, the largest Armenian
television network in the U.S, which is being broadcasted
on all major cable, bradcast and IPTV platforms.
Currently, USATV operates USArmenia TV network, Armusic
channel, FM radio station in Los Angeles, USATV productions,
and Armflix content distribution platform.
USATV production has financed and produced over 30 television
series and shows, in various genres, such as reality shows, feature
films, and crime dramas, among which are NOVA VITA, a 10 episodes
show, and Glendale Life reality show. In addition, Bagrat and Vaagn
have served as executive producers of the film American Beauty.
Curently USATV productions is working on 3 large scale television
shows (Mirrage Stories of Palm Springs, Maids, and Transfiguration),
and 2 feature films (Kill List and Pineciline Man).
